Aphids often prefer nasturtium; some growers sacrificially host aphids there. You must still scout—this is not automatic control.
In the garden
- Place nasturtium slightly away from the crop so aphids do not bridge across touching leaves.
- Wash or remove heavily infested nasturtium before aphids migrate.
Spacing & timing
Use as island plants at row ends, not pressed against vines.
